About Me

I started life as a journalist, but found myself a home in the world of customer support, helping educators and students navigate the sometimes thorny world of online courses. My love for theater and teamwork has put me both on stage in Boston performing improv, as well as on fields around the country competing for national kickball titles.

Now, I'm devoting my energies to the world of User Experience Design, where I enjoy working with interesting people to create products and applications that users want and need. Through research, iteration, testing, and prototyping, I enjoy digging into a problem to find solutions that will serve and delight customers.
